Hi, I'm Stephanie Myerscough

I’m a trauma-informed, positive psychology coach and I believe every woman can live a life of meaning, joy and sustained impact without burning out in the process.

 

My work is grounded in the science of what makes us flourish: Martin Seligman’s positive psychology framework, Viktor Frankl’s meaning-centred philosophy, and Stephen Porges’ polyvagal theory on how our nervous system shapes our capacity to feel safe, connected and alive. I hold an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and am accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the global gold standard for coaching practice.

 

I founded Her Journey to partner with women on how we lead our lives in a way that cares for our wellbeing, allows us to show up for the people around us and shapes a meaningful future. Supported by my faith and a genuine belief that every one of us is made for to experience joy, creative expression and hope for the future. I’m here to help you find your way back to yourself.
